1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EthBay marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Decentralized Nature

EthBay is a decentralized marketplace. Transactions occur directly between users via smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. We do not have control over these transactions, nor can we undo or reverse them.

3. Risks

Trading digital assets involves significant risk. Crypto assets are volatile, and you may lose the entire value of your assets. You acknowledge that EthBay is not responsible for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations, smart contract exploits, or user error.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not mint, list, or trade any NFTs that contain illegal content, hate speech, or stolen intellectual property. The EthBay DAO and its validators reserve the right to delist or burn such content from the frontend interface.

5. Fees

EthBay charges a small platform fee on successful sales. Additionally, you are responsible for any Ethereum network gas fees required to execute transactions. These fees are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.
